This case presents several simple surgical techniques that can greatly improve the safety and efficiency of phacoemulsification procedures.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to demonstrate multiple ways that minor alterations in technique can be helpful in accomplishing minimally traumatic cataract surgery.
