Phacoemulsification and IOL insertion is performed in an eye with evidence of zonular laxity and intraoperative infusion misdirection syndrome.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to Utilize phacoemulsification techniques that do not stress the zonule.
