This highly myopic patient is very sensitive to elevated IOP during phacoemulsification, and requires an adjustment of fluidic parameters.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to present a strategy for infusion pressure management in patients sensitive to elevated IOP.
