Removal of a very opaque infantile nuclear cataract is performed in a 60-year-old patient

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to to perform intraoperative techniques and toric IOL insertion during removal of a congenital cataract in a patient with high myopia, keratoconus and possible posterior capsule defect.
