Phacoemulsification is performed in an eye with previous trabeculectomy, a miotic pupil and posterior synechiae.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to identify surgical techniques that can provide mydriasis in eyes with inadequate pupil dilation and posterior synechiae. As well as Demonstrate the steps involved in and preserving bleb function
