Surgery Desciption

A patient with more than 20 episodes of recurrent whiteout syndrome and elevated IOP undergoes pars plana vitrectomy, IOL exchange and glaucoma stent implantation.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to demonstrate techniques for removal of blood from the anterior and posterior segments and perform an IOL exchange and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery in an eye with IOL-induced recurrent bleeding.
