Reposition and scleral fixation of an IOL that has dislocated into the anterior/mid vitreous cavity is demonstrated.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to employ methods to formulate a surgical approach to the repair of a posteriorly dislocated IOL.
