A posteriorly dislocated posterior chamber lens is repositioned and sutured to the sclera.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to demonstrate a technique for scleral fixation of a dislocated posterior chamber lens that reduces the risk of postoperative IOL tilt.
