A patient with Marfans Syndrome and previous glaucoma filtration surgery presents with dislocation of a posterior chamber IOL.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to describe factors influencing the decision to reposition and replace or remove a dislocated posterior chamber IOL in an eye with several risk factors.
