Surgery Desciption

After implantation of a multifocal IOL, this patient has both severe negative dysphotopsia and a refractive error requiring IOL exchange and reverse optic capture.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to present IOL power considerations and surgical technique when performing IOL exchange and reverse optic capture.
