IOL Exchange: Diffractive Multifocal to Monofocal

Surgery Desciption

A patient experiencing photopic symptoms with a diffractive multifocal IOL undergoes an IOL exchange to a monofocal IOL.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to employ methods for improving visibility of the anterior capsule and capsulorhexis in eyes undergoing IOL exchange.
