A very shallow anterior chamber and non-dilating pupil must be addressed in this eye with a dense nuclear cataract.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to increase the safety of phacoemulsification in eyes with a shallow anterior chamber and miotic pupil.
