Surgery Desciption

A patient with a decentered MF IOL in her left eye has severe glare/halo. The patient’s asymptomatic right eye has the same type of MF IOL, which is well centered. A Yag laser posterior capsulotomy was previously performed in the left eye, following which the dysphotopsia did not improve.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to present the surgical options available to reduce dysphotopsia caused by decentration of an IOL.
