A patient with persistent and severe negative dysphotopsia following femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery undergoes ROC to prolapse the IOL optic through the capsulorhexis.

Learning Objective

After completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to present the ROC technique and the rationale for utilizing this procedure to treat postoperative negative dysphotopsia.
